Preparation:
Define inspection scope based on turbine design & critical areas. Select probe, calibrate equipment, & prepare surface by cleaning & applying couplant.

Efficiency
Multiple ultrasonic beams are electronically steered through the material, creating high-resolution cross-sectional images

Traceable Documentation
Inspectors analyze images in real-time to identify flaws, cracks, corrosion, or lack of fusion. Data is recorded for documentation & future comparison.
